All Agents (Broker or Salesperson) are required to take the National Association of Realtors (NAR) quadrennial ethics training course every four years. You will need the ethics class by December 31, 2012.
All Newly Licensed Salespersons on or after July 1, 2011 DO NOT have to obtain the 16 Continuing Education Credits, but will need to pay a renewal fee online by June 30, 2012 at www.in.gov/pla.
